These terms govern your use of this website. They are not the agreement covering use of the Waymark platform itself — if you are a customer, your signed agreement and data processing agreement apply to that, and they take precedence over anything here.
Who runs this site
[COMPANY NAME], a company registered in England and Wales under number [COMPANY NUMBER], registered office [REGISTERED OFFICE]. Contact: tgf@xpose.online.
Using the site
You may read this site, and share links to it, for any lawful purpose. You may not:
- use it in a way that breaks any law, or infringes anyone’s rights;
- attempt to gain unauthorised access to it, or to any server or network
connected to it;
- introduce malware, or attempt to disrupt or overload the service;
- scrape it systematically to build a competing product or dataset, or
reproduce substantial parts of it commercially without our permission.
What is on the site
The content, design, code, logos and branding are owned by us or licensed to us. The webfonts are third-party works under the SIL Open Font License 1.1 and are used under that licence.
We try to keep the site accurate, but the descriptions of what the platform does are a summary written for a general audience. Nothing on this site is an offer, a warranty, or a contractual commitment. Features, prices and availability can change. If a specific capability matters to your decision, ask us to confirm it in writing before you rely on it.
The listing tiers shown on the homepage are the default plans that ship with a new directory. They are configurable, and they are what a directory operator charges the businesses it lists — not what we charge an operator. Our own pricing is quoted individually.
Availability
We do not promise the site will be available uninterrupted or error-free. We may change, suspend or withdraw any part of it without notice. Platform uptime commitments, where they exist, live in the customer agreement, not here.
Liability
Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be limited.
Subject to that, we are not liable for any loss of profit, loss of business, business interruption, or loss of anticipated savings arising from your use of this website, or from reliance on anything published on it.
If you are a consumer, you have statutory rights that these terms do not affect, and you may have the right to bring proceedings in the courts of the part of the UK where you live.

Changes
We may update these terms. The version in force is the one published here when you use the site, dated at the top.
Law and jurisdiction
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction — except that if you are a consumer resident elsewhere in the UK, you may also bring proceedings in your local courts.
